Consumer Guarantees

As per the ACL, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Product Orders

Aussie Custom Stickers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

We strive to produce and deliver orders within the timeframe specified, but we are not liable for any delays beyond our control. Delivery times may vary based on location and delivery method.

Order Confirmation and Production Commencement

Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order with Aussie Custom Stickers, customers will receive an email confirming the receipt of their order. This confirmation will include order details, such as the design submitted, quantities, and expected delivery timeline. Customers are advised to review this confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any details are incorrect.

Production Commencement

Before we begin the production of your order, a second email will be sent to inform you that we are about to start making your stickers. From this point forward, we will not accept cancellations or provide refunds as the production process is underway.

No Cancellation or Refund After Production Commencement

Once you have been notified that production has commenced, Aussie Custom Stickers enforces a strict no cancellation and no refund policy. By proceeding with your order after receiving the production commencement email, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Faulty Products or Products Not as Described

Notwithstanding the above, if the product is faulty or not as described upon receipt, the protections afforded by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) will apply. Aussie Custom Stickers is committed to complying with the ACL and will offer remedies as required by law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund for major failures. For minor issues, we will provide a repair or replacement at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
